Job Description:
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has an excellent opportunity available for a proactive and flexible Warehouse Coordinator. This full-time distribution role offers an attractive salary, plus a performance-related bonus.
The Warehouse Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the effective and efficient running of the warehouse operation. You will coordinate the work of storing and retrieval of finished goods in the Warehouse, maintain the systemic element of the operation, and ensure you remain in control of the trailer within the yard.
To give you an idea of how the role will look and feel, here are some of the primary responsibilities you can expect to take on as Warehouse Coordinator:
* Maintain accurate data for the holding and releasing of held stock, liaising with key stakeholders in this area, protecting customer service/casefill
* Take personal ownership and responsibility for the quality of your work delivered, and be encouraged to identify and action ways to improve it
* Work closely with your shift/team to perform tasks allocated to you to ensure team performance and distribution output is achieved
* Coordinate the end-to-end process of Distribution from production receipt and storage through to despatch to ensure that customer expectations are met
Sidcup Distribution Centre is a 24/7 operation, our Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) warehouse holds 25,000 pallets and we are the only site to manage the Freestyle range in the GB Network. Every 24 hours we expect to receive around 3,000+ pallets from the on-site manufacturing operation, directly into the ASRS, as well as handling 200+ vehicle movements. Inbound vehicles arrive from our other factory sites, with palletised goods. We assemble orders of full pallets for dispatch to our customers and other sites across our network. Most customers order bulk pallets, which are assembled from the ASRS and rear-loaded onto third party haulage vehicles. We also carry out a sizeable case-picking operation within the adjacent conventional warehouse.
To succeed in this Warehouse Coordinator role, you must have:
* Excellent organisational and administration skills
* Keen attention to detail.
* Great communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
* Working knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential.
As a vital member of our team and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach and commitment, we will provide a favourable salary and the chance to join a passionate and welcoming team.
