A market leading Property & Construction Consultancy, with 5 offices nationwide, is actively seeking a talented, ambitious Quantity Surveyor to be based out of their Head office in Manchester.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a Gold Investors in People accredited consultancy, this means they provide a healthy and supportive environment, promoting personal well-being and development as well as professional.
The new Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad array of projects across the Residential, Commercial, Education, Government, Health, Heritage, High-Rise, Parks & Leisure sectors - in a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
This role offers no shortage of variety and can extend to also include Project Management and Employers Agent responsibilities.
This could be the perfect opportunity for an established Assistant or Intermediate QS who feels they’ve hit a ceiling in their current position, eager to take on more responsibility and progress. Or, an established MRICS QS eager for the right support in order to step into management and senior positions.
The Quantity Surveyor
The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have:
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
* A RICS Accredited degree qualification
* MRICS ideally / committed to achieving
* Good pre & post contract experience
* Valid UK Driving license
* Experience working on projects from inception to completion is highly desirable
