The Assistant Building Surveyors’ role
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will gain extensive project exposure across diverse sectors, including hotel, leisure, education, retail, healthcare, office, and public.
This role offers the Assistant Building Surveyor with an exceptional opportunity to develop a wide-ranging skill set through involvement in both professional services and project-focused tasks.
The Assistant Building Surveyor will engage in professional services such as dilapidations, party wall matters, defect analysis, and contract administration. Additionally, the role encompasses project management, design, and specification duties.
The Assistant Building Surveyor
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will hopefully be either on the APC pathway or keen to get the process started.
* RICS Accredited BS Degree
* 1 years’ consultancy experience would be ideal
