A dynamic, medium sized Construction & Property Consultancy in Birmingham is looking to add a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.
The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join at an exciting time since the company has gone through a significant period of expansion and continues to go from strength to strength.
As the Project Quantity Surveyor, you will find yourself at the heart of their robust pipeline of diverse projects including Hospitality, Leisure, High-end Retail, Residential and Commercial projects.
As well as leading projects from inception to completion, you will also have the opportunity to take on line management duties, overseeing junior surveyors, under the guidance of the Director.
This position presents a prime opportunity for career advancement, with clear pathways to progress to a Senior Quantity Surveyor position and beyond that, Associate Director. It is perfectly suited for a determined individual keen to take on increased responsibility within a business.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
The incoming Project Quantity Surveyor will have:
* A RICS Accredited degree qualification
* Ideally MRICS or committed to achieving
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
* Strong pre & post contract experience
* A successful track record running projects from inception to completion
