The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
Joining during a phase of significant growth, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will find themselves at the heart of an organization boasting a robust pipeline of diverse projects. These projects span across sectors like Hospitality & Leisure, High-End Retail, Residential, and Commercial.
The role involves not only handling these projects but also overseeing a dedicated team of surveyors, under the guidance of the Director.
This position presents a prime opportunity for career advancement, with clear pathways to progress to an Associate Director role. It is perfectly suited for a determined professional keen to assume increased responsibility within the business.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
* RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
* Ideally MRICS or working towards
* Strong PQS/Consultancy experience
* Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
* The desire to manage a small team as well as deliver projects
