The Building Surveyors’ role
The successful Building Surveyor will benefit from wide project exposure, with the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting schemes across sectors such as healthcare, education, office, retail, leisure and mixed-use.
Alongside this, the Building Surveyor will have the chance to develop their professional services experience with a focus on dilapidation advice, PPM, pre-acquisition surveys, reinstatement cost assessments and party wall services.
The Building Surveyor
The Building Surveyor will ideally be a well-rounded individual with both professional and project experience behind them.
* RICS Accredited BS Degree
* Ideally MRICS or on the APC pathway
* Previous consultancy experience is preferred
