A forward-thinking, award winning Construction Consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong UK cost planning experience.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work within the London office, alongside the consultancy’s new Quantity Surveying Director on a broad array of public sector projects including residential, healthcare, and education.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will predominantly be responsible for preparing high level cost plans, and carrying out a plethora of pre contract / front end quantity surveying services.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
* MRICS would be desirable, but at lease degree qualified (RICS)
* A Cost Management / Consultancy work history
* Experience of delivering projects from feasibility studies, through to cost planning, and final accounts
* JCT and/or NEC contract experience
* Experience of working across different sectors
* UK cost planning experience is essential
