The HR Co-Ordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department of a large industrial/manufacturing organisation. The role involves co-ordinating HR processes, handling employee relations, and supporting recruitment efforts. This is based in Leeds. Client Details. The role of the HR Co-Ordinator will include:. * Co-ordinating HR processes and procedures. * Managing employee relations and resolving issues promptly. * Supporting the recruitment process by facilitating interviews and onboarding. * Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with regulations. * Assisting in performance management and staff development initiatives. * Contributing to team meetings and HR projects. * Ensuring clear communication between employees and management. * Providing support for payroll procedures. Profile. A successful HR Co-Ordinator should have:. * CIPD level 3 qualified or above . * Proven experience in a HR role within the industrial/manufacturing sector. * Strong understanding of HR functions and procedures. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * High level of confidentiality and professionalism. * Competency in MS Office and HR software.
