Our client, a high growth, PE-backed company at the forefront of technological innovation, is seeking a Group Financial Controller to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving financial strategy and maintaining strong financial controls to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities: * Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
* Ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and FRS 102
* Oversee financial reporting and analysis
* Manage financial risk and internal controls
* Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior management team
* Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
* Overseeing all financial operations and accounting activities.
* Developing and implementing robust financial controls and procedures.
* Preparing timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
* Collaborating with other departments to drive financial performance.
Requirements: * Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification
* Proven experience in a similar financial leadership role
