An established. successful and expanding financial services organisation, is looking for someone with experience in a Collections or Recoveries role to work as a Recoveries and Litigation Specialist.

Based in Slough with options for hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities
* Deal with collections from terminated accounts through customer negotiation or careful management of third party partners.
* Be responsible for recovering the asset where applicable, and for leveraging collateral into payments, whether through negotiation or via legal routes
* Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to the customer, offering them all relevant information to allow them to understand any options available to them
* Prepare appropriate documentation to instruct an external agent
* Establish and manage third party relationships with specialist agents, solicitors, and trace specialists if required

Experience/skills required
* Previous experience working in Collections or Recoveries
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Be able to commute to Slough easily
