This important, senior hire will be a qualified Solicitor (ideally 5 years PQE and above) with vast experience within the private client sphere, keen to develop their managerial ambitions. As a leading light in the firm’s specialist private client team, your role will be to take on a caseload of your own clients, assist with the day to day running of the team and be at the forefront of its continued development. The team manages a myriad of high-net-worth private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, taxes and estates, powers of attorney etc, and matters that involve business, agriculture and foreign assets issues.. You’ll play an integral part in the development and success of the wider team. You’ll be able to work autonomously with no supervision, ably supported by the wider team. It is expected that you will take a leading role in the team, second only to the Partner (who works form a different office) and be the de facto lead in Chester..
