Data Acquisition Engineer

Brief summary of the role
Our Client, A global aerospace company are searching for a Data Acquisition Engineer working within the Structures Test Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery of technical specialisms in test data acquisition
* Strong Understanding of hydraulics - specifically servo-hydraulic control
* Assistance when required to deliver structural tests
* Communication and progress reports to the supervisor & requirements
* Coordination of all internal and external contributors/stakeholders/suppliers
* Risk assessment, Safe Systems of Work & Health / Safety Compliance
Skillset/experience required:
* 5 years’ experience in a similar field
* Experience in test data acquisition (HBK/ Catman)
* Hydraulic knowledge is required
Desirable:
* Experience in structures, materials or systems testing would be an advantage
* Experience in managing suppliers or participating in supplier selection would be an advantage
