A Legal 500 Law firm based in Bromsgrove is seeking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor (NQ - 3 years) to join its supportive, family friendly team! This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role, with free on-site parking. . The Bromsgrove branch itself is part of a larger firm but still maintains a high street and family friendly feel. The team consists of a Director and a Partner, along with two other Solicitors and a Paralegal, all assisted by four full-time support staff. This really does give a Junior Private Client Solicitor the opportunity to develop within a good size team full of experience!  . The role itself will involve handling a caseload to include Wills, Inheritance Tax advice and planning, dealing with general probate administration and Intestate estates. Including post-death variations, Court of Protection work (Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship Orders and the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney). You will be supported! . Our client looks for good working knowledge of Private Client work and equally as important is a professional, friendly and reassuring approach to dealing with clients. Organisational skills, technical skills and communication are also important! .
