Job Description:
A once in a blue moon opportunity has arisen in Ipswich for a leading business. They are seeking a junior paraplanner to join their well experienced team. For this role, we are seeking a determined, career focused individual, who wishes to undertake personal development to reach the end goal of eventually being in a paraplanner role.
Duties:
* Coordinate with Wealth Planning Administrators, Financial Planners, Wealth Planners, and the Technical Support Team to gather all necessary information for timely report production.
* Draft letters of authority and appointment as needed by the team.
* Support the Administration team in acquiring third-party information and completing third-party analysis.
* Maintain audit trails and client records.
* Gather product research, information, and new business illustrations as requested by the team.
* Prepare annual reviews and initial client reports.
* Collect and prepare documentation for client meetings and business submissions.
* Develop technical knowledge.
Requirements:
* Good standard of education, preferably to A-level standard or equivalent
* Will have some experience of working in Financial Services, preferably exposure to pensions and/or investment policies
* Will possess a client focus and concern for quality, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
* A diligent worker with a high level of attention to detail
