Job Description:
Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Repairs Co-Ordinator to work within Bristol. The position is to support the Fire Compliance and remediation team, predominantly works related to the fire door inspection and remedial works programme.
Role Information/Duties:
* Responsible for scheduling fire door inspections and repairs and tasks to colleagues out on site including allocating repairs and ensuring tenants are kept informed of any delays or changes to their repair appointments and rearranging as necessary.
* To communicate with colleagues on site throughout the day ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales and to manage the schedule to recognise and act on issues around health and safety of resources.
* To update all systems immediately with accurate notes that reflect the current repair status and maintain communication with all stakeholders.

Rate: £17.19 per hour. 
Hours: 37 hours per week.
Dress Code: Business Casual.
