**New Opportunity – Events Organiser**
Venn Group are working with one of London’s leading social housing providers, who are looking to recruit a Events Organiser to start as soon as possible.
The successful Events Organiser will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, and will have the ability to execute Events Organiser responsibilities to a high standard.
Title: Events Organiser
Location: Central London
Salary:£30,000 - £35,000
Hours: Full time
Contract : 10 month FTC 
Duties:
* Deliver operational project plans for a portfolio of events from concept to completion
* Working autonomously to source, negotiate, contract and manage relationships for event related products and services, including venues, AV, branding
* Lead on event activities including staff, chair and speaker briefings, networking activities, venue and catering offer and technical event production
* Support the events manager in developing and continuously improving event processes
Essential Skills:
* Previous experience organising conferences from an operational perspective
* Experience of procuring event products and services
* Experience using Microsoft Office
Desirable Skills:
* Familiar with Adobe applications including InDesign
* Familiar with live streaming technology and platforms including Zoom Webinar and Vimeo
* Familiar with event apps including Cvent and Swapcard
