Job Title: Paraplanner
Salary: £32,000 - £42,000
Location: Buxton (hybrid)

This role is hybrid with up to 3 days working from home

Day to Day of the role:
* Work closely with a small team of experienced administrators, paraplanners, and advisors
* Learn and apply the firm’s methods and practices
* Engage in role progression with encouragement and full training support to meet objectives
* Provide detailed financial planning support to advisors
* Prepare written advice and provide technical research services to a high standard
* Ensure that all regulatory and compliance standards are met

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Financial services qualifications preferred
* Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong Whole of Market knowledge
* Proficient in report writing
