Job Description:
We are seeking a Contact Centre Manager to oversee a busy customer service department. The ideal candidate will effectively manage a team to ensure excellent customer service delivery and drive sales.. Client Details. Description. * Oversee daily operations of the contact centre. * Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer service. * Manage and lead a customer service team to deliver excellent service. * Analyse performance data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Participate in recruitment, training and development of staff. * Liaise with other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction. * Address complex customer complaints and issues. * Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Profile. A successful Contact Centre Manager should have:. * Proven experience in a customer service management role, ideally in an omni channel contact centre. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles. * Sound understanding of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools. * Proficient in MS Office and contact centre equipment/software. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. * A degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
