Purchase Ledger Clerk - Hybrid work schedule
We are seeking a finance individual to come in and join a busy Purchase Ledger department.
Job Spec:
* Post and code invoices
* Deal with purchase enquiries
* Match invoices to purchase orders or delivery notes
* Statement reconciliations
* Petty cash
* Create new supplier codes
* Set up new supplier accounts
* Manage the accounts payable inbox
* BACS and chaps payments
* Respond to all phone calls and emails in a professional manner
