IT Support Engineer

Having worked closely with this organisation over the last couple of years, we’re recruiting exclusively for a new IT Support Engineer to join their team. You will join a small IT team, providing 1st and 2nd line IT Support to internal users.
This is a role where you will be truly valued, you will make a real difference to the office (and support function) and there is an element of flexibility to make this role your own. The company have ambitious growth plans, so there are plenty of projects ongoing to ensure the infrastructure is scalable, new systems are implemented correctly and accreditations are met.
The Role:
* 1st and 2nd line internal IT Support
* Make improvements to their internal systems
* Manage the new starter/leaver processes
* Set up and maintain PC’s and Laptops
* Manage the vendor who deals with 3rd line and infrastructure support
Requirements:
* 3+ years providing 1st and 2nd line IT Support (Either with an MSP or internal)
* Active Directory, Office 365, Intune
* Software and Hardware Support
* Within a reasonable commutable distance of Newmarket
* Hold British Citizenship or ILR
* Driving Licence and own car
* Excellent communication skills
