This opportunity is with a multi-office legal firm known for its excellent working culture and reputation. We are seeking a qualified and experienced solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with over 5 years of post-qualification experience and a diverse background in family law caseloads.
About the role:
You will join a distinguished family law team handling high-quality, privately funded cases. Your responsibilities will include advising on divorce, separation, financial remedies, children’s matters, cohabitation, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. You will frequently engage with high-net-worth family finance cases, which may involve substantial business assets, intricate property structures, international aspects, and specialized areas of matrimonial finance.
You are expected to deliver exceptional client service, maintain a methodical approach, exhibit keen attention to detail, stay organized, and manage deadlines effectively.
