Job Description:
Pure are delighted to be working with a well established organisation based in Upminster who require a Credit Control Manager for a 12 month FTC to cover maternity.
Ideally you will have a solid background in credit control/ sales ledger with experience supervising a team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Credit Control/Sales Ledger
• Develop and implement consistent and effective collection policies to maximise cash collections and reduce overall debt
• Monitor/measure receivable performance
• Develop and implement reporting tools to communicate the progress of the teams
• Setting weekly targets and objectives for the team
• Provide supervision and support to the teams
• Develop and implement new procedures to improve daily work flow pressures
• Maximise staff resources by identifying staffing issues and training requirements to improve staff efficiency
• Identify problem areas and provide solutions
Requirements:
• Previous credit control experience
• Ability to supervise staff
• Intermediate IT skills (Excel and Word)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure
This is a hybrid position with 2 days working in the office and 3 from hom and 37.5 hours a week. Ideally you will be available for an immediate start.
