Job Description:
* Location: Cheltenham (Outskirts)
* Contract: Permanent, Full-time
* Salary- £24,000-£27,000
* Due the location of the role, suitable candidates must be able to drive
My client based just outside of Cheltenham are looking for two new recruits to join their customer services team, they are looking for a junior and a more experienced hire.
Our client is currently experiencing rapid growth and expansion and as such are looking for ambitious and customer focused people to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or an individual with high potential in customer services to join my clients expanding team and play a key role in development into a household name.
Day to Day of the role:
* Report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
* Manage and build relationships with multiple customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Support existing customers with any issues they may encounter, providing timely and effective solutions.
* Collect and report customer feedback and success metrics to improve service quality.
* Collaborate with the technical team to enhance product quality and customer experience.
* Test home battery storage systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
* Customer visits as and when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect instantly and build rapport with customers.
* Comfortable handling phone calls and emails with a professional and empathetic approach.
* Inquisitive nature, with the ability to ask constructive questions and quickly understand customer needs.
* Strong multitasking abilities and organisational skills.
* Capable of managing multiple relationships and enquiries, ensuring all responsibilities are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Skilled at handling difficult situations with care and understanding.
* A history of achieving results and a strong desire to learn and develop.
* Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
* Motivated to make an impact and grow with the business.
