The Role:. * Daily uploads from the bank accounts, small value, high volume. * Daily bank account reconciliations. * Customer account reconciliations. * Investigate and resolve where possible unidentified customer receipts.. * Reconciliation and reporting of open items. * Process purchase invoices and setting up new supplier accounts. * Reconciliation of supplier statements. * Bank payments and authorisations. * Credit card reconciliation, associated payments of staff expenses. * General accounting activities. * Assist the Finance Team with preparation of the VAT Returns for the Group. * Assist the Finance Team with the preparation of the Month End Management Accounts..
