Key Responsibilities:. * Draft and negotiate build and engineer contracts and related agreements, including development, management, supply and maintenance contracts. * Deliver consultants’ conditions of appointment, collateral warranties, parent company & performance guarantees and bonds. * Manage contract specifications and ensure compliance with building regulations. * Handle various other responsibilities related to non-contentious construction law.
