Job Description:
Marks Sattin are currently working with a Mirfield based manufacturer who are looking to hire a Payroll Administrator for a minimum length of 3 months. There is potential that this role could last 6-12 months to cover sickness.
They are looking for a candidate with Payroll Administration experience, but you do not need to have end to end Payroll experience. They will pay between £13 - £13.50 per hour for this role and it will be office based. They do have free parking on site.
Duties of the role will include:
* Assisting with end-to-end payroll processes including reconciliation and analysis.
* Work closely with HR department and process new starters, pay amendments and leavers
* Input and reporting of absence/holiday information.
* Ensure all employee files are kept up to date.
* Ensure accurate data calculation and processing of timesheets.
* Prepare and check time and attendance data.
* Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, payslips, and other payroll matters
* Identify opportunities for improvement to processes and systems
