What you will do:
* Managing and providing support for IT equipment and phones used by all staff members.
* Acting as the primary point of contact and providing assistance for any IT-related issues that arise.
* Overseeing IT infrastructure and security measures across their offices in the UK & Ireland.
* Handling the ordering and inventory management of IT and phone equipment, among other responsibilities.
* Installing IT workstations using software distribution methods, including PC systems, laptops, operating systems, and company-specific software.
* Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to various Microsoft components.
* Contributing to various IT projects such as the development of the company intranet and the implementation of new systems.
* Providing basic-level support and management for network infrastructure.
* Managing Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10 / 11, and Office365, with escalation to third-line support when necessary.
* Engaging in IT supplier-related activities, including procurement tasks.

Required experience and qualifications:
* Degree educated (IT or Business/IT Related)
* Able to effectively analyse and communicate data and software
* Experience in a similar role is desirable
