A Buckinghamshire based, dynamic Quantity Surveying practice are seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a Project Management skillset, as they expand their young team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially carry out a dual Quantity Surveying and Project Management role on purpose-built student accommodation and residential schemes.
Additionally, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on major projects alongside a Director, carrying out a QS/EA/PM role.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Quantity Surveying degree, or equivalent, or MRICS
* A successful track record of delivering projects independently
* Able to commute to Windsor/Maidenhead/Marlow area
* Good pre and post contract knowledge
* Able to work as part of a small team
* Consultancy / Cost Management background
* Project Management skillset
