A small but thriving Leeds based Construction Consultancy is looking to add a talented, ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a firm with over 35 years of success in the industry and a blossoming reputation to match. They have continued to steadily grow in size over this time and are now a strong team of 30 delivering projects from £50k - £250m.
They boast a wealth of experience across a broad variety of sectors including Science, Research & Development, Residential, Infrastructure, Commercial & Office, Retail, Hotel & Leisure, Manufacturing and Food & Beverage.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be in search of a smaller team, a company in which you can make a real impact and difference within and be a genuine part of the next expansion and period of growth & success. You will also have:
* Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
* Strong pre and post contract knowledge
* Property / Real Estate project experience
* A successful track record running projects from inception to completion
* The desire to progress to Associate Director within a supportive, friendly firm
