Job Description:
A market leading Global Construction and Property Consultancy is looking to enhance their Manchester office with the addition of a professional, client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
Working on developer-led projects, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be given the chance to work on exciting and varied developments whilst having the opportunity to develop your leadership, both on projects and within the team.
Working closely with the board members and partners, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a clear progression path to Associate Director and beyond, working across all sectors of the built environment, most notably Commercial, Office, Residential and Industrial, from £1m - £50m.
This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who feels they’ve hit a ceiling in their current role and is ready to step into a Senior role, someone who wants to work within a large and highly regarded organization, or an established Senior QS eager for recognition within a prestigious firm.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be eager to join a renowned firm, working in a friendly and flexible team on an exciting variety of schemes. You will also have:
* A construction related degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
* MRICS qualified or committed to achieving
* Capable of running projects from start to finish
* Property / Real Estate project experience
* A desire to get more involved in business development and management

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
* £55,000 - £65,000
* 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
