It requires an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to come on board and handle claimant and respondent, both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This will include unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, contractual disputes along with drafting documentation and advisory work.. The Person . To be considered as an Employment solicitor within this team you must have at least 3 years’ PQE. You will be driven and ambitious and will want to grow and develop the team.
