Job Description:
We are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic Norfolk-based group to recruit for a Dynamics 365 Developer.

As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customised solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing applications. You should have extensive experience working with the Dynamics CRM platform, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems.

You will be part of a multi-disciplined change management team, defining and building solutions to automate day-to-day processes. You will be key to implementing improvements in the CRM processes across the business. You will also work closely with our in-house RPA and PMO teams.

Responsibilities:
* System Configuration and Customisation: * Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet specific business requirements.
* Implement custom entities, fields, workflows, and business rules.
* Troubleshoot and fix bugs.

* Quality Assurance and Testing: * Conduct thorough unit testing of CRM solutions to ensure functionality, data integrity, and performance.
* Identify and address any issues or defects.

* Data Management, Migration, and Integration: * Manage data within Dynamics 365 CRM, including data cleansing, migration, and integration with other systems.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency.

* CRM System Management: * Administer user roles, security settings, and access controls.
* Monitor system performance and optimize configurations.

* Integration and Collaboration: * Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) and third-party applications.
* Foster collaboration across teams using CRM data.

* Solution Documentation: * Document system configurations, customizations, and processes.
* Collaborate with the CRM Scrum team to develop support materials and technical documentation to be shared with support teams.

* Continuous Improvement: * Proactively identify areas for enhancement and recommend process improvements.
* Stay updated on CRM updates and new features.

* Industry Knowledge: * Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
* Apply industry-specific knowledge to tailor CRM solutions.


Key Outputs/Metrics:
* Documentation of existing CRM processes as the basis for Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Creation of Solution Design Documents as the basis for design approval.
* Customisation & Configuration of D365.
* Delivery Velocity, i.e., the number of solutions delivered on a per sprint basis (working within a Scrum Framework).
* Improvements of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions into key business areas.
* Identification of and introduction of best practice improvements.
* Quality of deliverables versus defined development standards.

Experience Required:
* At least 3 years’ experience with D365, including Customisation & Configuration.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development project implementation.
* In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Dynamics, Power Platforms, SharePoint, Azure, and Power BI.
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to consult face to face.
* Willingness to develop cross-functional skills through learning and development.
