Description. * Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. * Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining high levels of employee engagement. * Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. * Assess training needs, and monitor training programs. * Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. * Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Profile. A successful HR Generalist should have:. * A degree in Human Resources or related field. * Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the industrial / manufacturing industry. * Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. * In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
