Location: Central London
Salary: £35,000 pa
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week
Accountable to: Human Resources & Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager 
Direct Reports: Up to five (5) student staff

Job Profile:
* Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Union’s Chief Executive Officer, Officer Trustees, and Senior Leadership Team
* Support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team in coordinating and managing special projects across the union
* Ensure the smooth operation of the Union’s office spaces, maintaining a high standard of functionality
* Coordinate and manage front-of-house student staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service
Person Criteria:
* Experience of providing high level administrative support to senior leaders
* Experience of building excellent internal and external relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Experience of managing staff and/or volunteers
* Working knowledge of current issues and themes in student unions and higher education more generally
* Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft office package and an understanding of CRM, HR, and Finance systems
* Highly organised individual with outstanding organisational and planning skills
