Description. * Provide comprehensive HR support to the Manchester-based team. * Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. * Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. * Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and morale. * Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management. * Identify training needs for teams and individuals. * Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. * Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements. Profile. A successful HR Advisor should have:. * A degree in Human Resources or related field. * Experience in a HR role within the industrial / manufacturing sector. * Knowledge of HR systems and databases. * Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. * Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
