This role would ideally suit an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator / Deputy Team Leader who is looking for their step up in their career.
Key responsibilities:
As a Deputy Pensions Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of the Pensions Administration services. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Allocating and overseeing incoming work and distributed to the team
* Review outgoing work to ensure compliance with internal standards and legislative rules
* Attending trustee and client meetings to provide technical support on guidance
* Keeping abreast of technical and scheme changes
* Managing ad hoc administration projects, such as scheme events
* Support the Team Leader and building technical client knowledge
Experience and qualifications required:
* At least 5-8 years of experience delivering administration services to Defined Benefits pension schemes
* Exceptional technical pensions and legislation knowledge
* Experience mentoring and supporting team members
* Strong MS office skills

Location - Croydon, CR0 1LF. This is a hybrid position, 2x days in the office, 3x days working from home. However, for the right candidate there may some further flexibility.
