Job Description:
Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Supported Pathway Officer to work within Southwark, London. This post is for an outreach worker working with Rough Sleepers within the borough of Southwark and you will be working across 3 hostels in Southwark . You will carry a case load of 6 You will be expected to attend the RSI meeting every 2 weeks and feed back to providers/stakeholders

Rate: £27.37 per hour.
Hours: The shift pattern is Mon-Fri 8am-4pm or 12-8pm- You will either be doing an early shift for the week which is 8-4pm or lates 12-8pm- We do not operate flexible working so these are the shifts you will be working. You wont be expected to work weekends or holidays.
Compliance:
* Enhanced DBS
* 5 years reverencing
