Purchase Ledger Clerk | £25,000 - £27,000 + Study | Bolton + Hybrid | PE-backed business | High-calibre team
Axon Moore delighted to be partnering with an ambitious, high-growth PE-backed business in Bolton to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their specialist team in a broad role responsible for invoicing, queries, creditor management, bank reconciliations and much more.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Manage the accounts payable inbox and resolve any queries
* Manage and analyse creditor ledger
* Sending remittances
* Assisting with payment runs
* Processs/controls improvement and review
* Setting up and managing supplier accounts
* Ensuring correct VAT applied to all raised invoices
* Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
* Bank reconciliations
* Ad-hoc duties
Required Experience and Skills:
* At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good organisational and time-keeping skills
* High attention to detail and able to take ownership of their role
* Good IT and MS Excel skills
* Prior exposure to month-ends
