We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen assistants for my client for Tramline Festival for 3 days work. This is a temporary kitchen assistant position for 26th , 27th and 28th July. Shift timing 11am-9pm.
This role will be to work within the Kitchen, supporting the Chef with prep and chopping, preparing and plating dishes, cleaning and washing dishes. prepare and asetup service area.
Responsibilities include:
* Peeling and preparation of veg
* plating dishes
* Cleaning and tidying of kitchen and prep areas
* Washing up
* Stock up
* Moping and polishing
* preparing serving areas
* cleaning and washing dishes
Skills and experience:
* Proven previous experience in similar role
* Positive attitude, Well-spoken and confident
* available to work all the 3 days mentioned.
* available to reach location easily
* Ability to work in fast paced environment
* Good team player
* Great attention to details
* Be eligible to work with in UK
