* Location: Aldershot, Hampshire
* Pay: £27,000 - £29,000 Basic + Monthly Bonuses
* Hours: 8 am - 5 pm (30-minute lunch break)
Parts Manager required for Automotive reputable family-run accident repair centre located in Aldershot.

We are recruiting for a Parts Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.

The salary on offer for this Parts Manager is £32,600.

Parts Manager Person Specification:
* A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
* Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
* Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
* Motivating and developing the Parts Team
* Strong Interpersonal Skills
The responsibilities of this Parts Manager role are:
* Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
* Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
* As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
* Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
