A well-known charity based in London are looking for a permanent HR Business Partner to act as a true Business Partner. The role offers hybrid working.

A HR Business Partner to:
* Operate as a true HR Business Partner on a mix of operational and strategic activity
* Contribute to the design and implementation of the team’s key objectives and programmes of work
* Providing an advisory service to managers and staff regarding all people matters
* Manage your own employee relations caseload, providing advice and support to managers on areas, such as sickness absence, grievance and disciplinary matters
* Support your own client group with partnering matters, providing advice and guidance, as well as support on succession planning, workforce planning
* Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business objectives
* Facilitate organisational development and change programmes, including redundancies / restructures
Profile
A HR Business Partner with:
* Substantial experience of working in HR
* Previous experience within a charity or not-for-profit essential
* Strong knowledge of current employment law
* Looking to grow and develop into a more strategic capacity
