As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for;
* All operational HR for specified division, including managing all ER casework
* Supporting with recruitment
* Coach and upskill line managers
* Support and promote talent development, succession planning and identify retention strategies
Profile
The successful candidate will;
* Have solid experience in a HR Business Partner role within a fast paced environment
* Strong ER and Employment Law knowledge
* Strong organisational skills
* CIPD qualification
