Job Description:
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Business Development Executive on behalf of our client based in Luton.
Previous B2B, telesales, lead generation, upselling or pro-active customer advisory experience is required.
Essential Skills / Appitude:
* Must have a real interest in going into sales/business development and forging a successful career in sales
* Self-motivated and a team player
* A strong communicator both verbally and written
* Ability to learn quickly
* IT Literate
* Good rapport building skills mainly on the phone.
Full Product training given!
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am -5 pm with a 4.30 pm finish on Fridays. One hour lunch. 20 days annual holiday (plus bank holidays) rising with length of service.
Basic salary up to £26,000 pa + realistic OTE /commission to £32,000 pa
