Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Warrington team, crucial for competitive tendering and project bids.

Key Responsibilities:
Qualify and review tenders/enquiries
Collaborate with project team on requirements
Manage deadlines and site surveys
Develop scopes of work and measured quantities
Liaise with sub-contractors for quotes
Coordinate with delivery team on project phases
Ensure competitive pricing and tender strategies
Submit tenders/budgets on time
Attend client meetings and interviews
Conduct value engineering and negotiate contracts
Prepare handover information for delivery team

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Estimator in office fit-outs
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Full UK driving license
