Job Description:

As an Employment Solicitor with at least two years PQE, you’ll play a critical role in providing expert legal counsel on employment contracts, policies, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and more. If you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and are eager to contribute to the success of our team, we want to hear from you.

* Provide comprehensive advice on employment law matters, including employment contracts, policies, and disciplinary procedures
* Manage restructuring, redundancies, settlement agreements, and TUPE issues
* Handle Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
Preferred Requirements:
* Possess in-depth knowledge of Employment Law
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
* Experience in business development is advantageous
* Proven ability to manage complex employment law cases
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE
* Admission to the relevant legal bar association
* Demonstrated track record in handling employment law cases
