Search are delighted to be partnering with a high growth services firm with an office based in Manchester city centre. Due to growth, they have a need for a Senior Finance Manager to join the organisation in a newly created role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in working with various external stakeholders alongside a strong financial management skill-set.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for multiple revenue streams
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
* Work closely with external stakeholders to provide financial analysis and support for decision making
* Identify and manage financial risks
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective management of projects
* Prepare month end accounts
* Management of finance team (5 heads)
Qualifications:
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
* Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
* £60,000 - £75,000
* Hybrid Working (3 days office, 2 remote)
* Strong bonus - upto 20%
