Job Description:
This dynamic and innovative service-based business are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team. Working closely with the Managing Director, this role offers the opportunity to be part of project based work inside a thriving, specialist organisation.

Executive Assistant - About The Role
Working within the Executive Assistant team supporting the Senior Management Team. You will take a lead role in provision of project-based tasks, often working on duties that are passed in and out of the EA team as and when personnel leave or join the core operational teams. As a member of the EA team, you must take a flexible approach to work being prepared to adopt new tasks and hand on tasks. These tasks are likely to include such activities as: Recruitment, Marketing, Web Documents, Client Profiles, HR, Payroll, Insurance, Training, Branch Support Cover and general PA duties. Your key responsibilities will be:
* Act as ’Talent Finder’ for all roles and using all available mediums (Inc. creation of job boards)
* Support the Senior Management Team
* When necessary, act as first-line responder to recruitment enquiries
* Complete general administrative duties
* Maintain company branding and recruitment activity on recruitment websites
* Take the lead in project-based tasks
* Monitor and promote staff review to secure above 4* rating
* As directed, act as recruitment first responder, screening candidates (by telephone, if required)
* Report directly into the Managing Director
The successful Executive Assistant will have:
* PA experience, with tact and diplomacy with strong customer service skills (preferred)
* Competent Microsoft Office use
* Highly motivated, calm under pressure with ability to prioritise a busy workload
* Planned and organised with great attention to detail
* Flexible pro-active approach to work is essential alongside the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions
* Graduate (preferred)
* Relevant qualification in business, finance or marketing (preferred)
