Sitting within the Private Wealth department, as the successful candidate you will be an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor with extensive experience advising on Private Wealth matters. . The team advises UK and cross jurisdictional HNW and UHNW worth clients on matters including tax, succession & estate planning, trust formation & administration and complex probate & estate administration among others. . We welcome applications from solicitors with the following skills:. * STEP accredited . * 3-7 PQE (guideline only). * Detailed knowledge of UK taxation relevant to Trusts & Estates and Estates Planning. * Drafting of Wills & Trusts and administration of Estates. * Working knowledge of taxation relevant to non-domicile residents. * Excellent communication skills (both written and oral). * Calm under pressure. * Ability to manage deadlines and client expectations.
