We are currently looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor for a growing business in Broxburn. This is a full-time, hybrid position with a salary of up to £30,000. The role has the potential to become permanent.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include ensuring an excellent customer journey, managing current customer orders, handling a high volume of inbound phone calls, maintaining relationships with carriers and customers, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be expected to solve customer and carrier problems and demonstrate excellent multitasking skills with computer software programs.

The ideal candidate will have high-quality written and verbal communication skills, be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, produce accurate and quality work, and be a problem solver. Additionally, the ability to work in teams and be open to others’ views is essential.
