Job Description:

As the successful individual for the role your duties will include:
* Working closely with the billing team to minimise as much outstanding debt as possible.
* Collections within a B2C (business to customer) environment
* Building rapport over the phone with regular and new customers
* Follow up with payment reminders for any overdue debt.
